Carl Frampton
President and Chief Executive Officer
Carl Frampton is President and Chief Executive Officer of Telegra Inc., responsible for the strategic growth and direction of Telegra's North American operations. As President and CEO, Frampton also manages the sales and distribution channel in the U.S. market, directly leading the strategic partners who represent Telegra's advanced intelligent transportation systems (ITS) products on a regional and national basis.
Frampton brings decades of experience to his position with Telegra, working as a consultant in the traffic management industry with an emphasis on helping companies stabilize and grow their position in the market. He has extensive, multi-national experience in financial management, operations, acquisitions and divestitures, and in corporate re-capitalizations, private placements and merger transactions.
Previously, Frampton was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Mimix Broadband, Inc. and served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Microwave Networks, Inc. In addition, Frampton is a CPA with 30 years of experience, including with a Big Eight accounting firm.
Frampton received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
